JOB PROFILE:
1. The Candidate must have extensive & relevant experience of Debt Collection amounting to Millions at times. (By making Telephonic calls, Emails Follow up, Personal Visits etc).
2. Minimum experience of 5+ yrs in same profile is must (Must be aggressive & should know the technique of getting money out from someone by using various techniques).
3. Must be comfortable in talking with people of any level (Junior or Senior) & of any nationality .
4. The Job will involve travelling in nearby locations for Cheque or Cash collections & getting it deposited in Banks/Exchange.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be fluent in Arabic preferably.
2. Must be an extrovert & talkative by nature.
3. Should be very confident & must have Can do Attitude.
4. Must be mature enough to handle the tensed situations at times gracefully in a diplomatic manner.
