Typical Work Activities



• Acquiring properties from Landlords, Developers etc to be listed with our company;

• Collecting information about a property, and arranging for photographs to be taken;

• Visiting and talking to the sellers & landlords about their property and its specific features;

• Analyse and compare similar properties listed to determine its competitive market price & offering advice on the value of the property;

• Marketing and promoting properties for sale & lease;

• Negotiation with prospective buyers & sellers/ landlords & tenants at offer stage;

• Monitoring sales & lease as they proceed;

• Advising clients and helping buyers/ tenants to decide what they want to buy/ lease;

• Making sure that a price is agreed that is acceptable to both parties;

• Customer service calls;

• Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market

• Train the fresher's

• Should have good knowledge about best real estate practices & passionate to analyse the Dubai Real Estate market.


Should have UAE Driving License and personal car as the job requires you to travel within Dubai for property viewings and meetings.
