• Manage the functions of recruitment; making sure that the function of the recruitment is performed professionally and on timely basis. Continuously reviewing the recruitment and selection procedure to ensure compliance with the company policy.
• Interview the short listed candidates and selecting the most suitable ones as per the job description.
• Set objectives & KPIs for HRD & measuring the effectiveness.
• Plan & Supervise the HRDF payments to ensure getting the due payments on time.
• Oversee the functions of personnel; ensuring that the proper support is being delivered to employees on time. Monitoring & making sure that the procedures of personnel are being followed in regard of visa, leaves, termination, resignations, tickets, EOSB calculation, etc.
