QUALIFICATIONS:

-Arabic and English speaking FEMALE
-Ages between 21-30 years old
-Answer telephones and handle in an appropriate manner
-Meet and greet clients and visitors
-Handling all incoming and outgoing documents.
-Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral form
-Perform clerical and administrative tasks quickly and accurately
-Efficient in handling business correspondence
-Excellent in dealing with clients and customers
-Must be presentable with smart skills
-Must be proactive, organized and can work with minimal supervision
